About us
O&H is the story of two olives with deep roots that today come together at Iberostar, in the heart of Miraflores.
Ortega, the green Mediterranean olive, has shined in cuisine since ancient times, pairing perfectly with tapenades and skewers.
Huamán, on the other hand, is the Peruvian botija olive, a faithful companion to dishes like papa rellena and causa. Though from different origins, here we unite to share with you the best of our worlds in every bite.
